hi
many servers that offer unlock iphone at&t, closed the service and return the money because they could not unlock phones. What do you say? if the service does not work, what time you return the money? return the money to the account of PayPal?

Please be careful from all who are offering factory unlock for AT&T as on date there is no solution for AT&T 4 & 4s.This is a cheap publicity stunt as no factory unlock available for AT&T unlock.
