Hello.
1. Software works with or without Octopus Card. In the case You use Octopus Card - it is cheaper to make unlock and repair IMEI.
2. Yes, firmwares You can find here: https://www.boot-loader.com/eng/medusa_free_section.

Have you plan to add letest SE in the market and unlock,repair IMEI all without TP?
for exemple W20i CID81 or 80?
