Activation? My box wont even show up [Answered] - GSM-Forum

Hey I just bought this box off amazon from gsmserver.
When I plug it in it does not show power (green light) but it does show up in device manager. Smart card reader or something like that.

This is very frustrating. Also where do I find my activation key? I paid over $600 CAD with shipping for all modules...and none of this works!!!

I have Windows 7.
