Hello.

Servers are working correctly at the moment and You should not have any problems with downloads. Please check that there is no firewall, antivirus or scanning software enabled that would be contributing to this.

yes!
idont have problem with download
when i check balance it says Connecting to server...Failed!

or modems unlocking also not done it says Connecting to server...Failed!
