fail in internet connection during unlock LT15i - GSM-Forum

hi,
this is my problem:

Platform: SE Qualcomm
Selected model: LT15i
Connecting to server...OK
Username: master70
Authorizing...OK
Octopus smart card is present.
Checking smart card...OK
Checking balance...OK
Your balance: 10 credits.
To unlock LT15i you need to have 10 credits.

and when i repeat the procedure then i saw that my credit was gone
what can i do?

Hello.
Please disable firewall (if it is running) in your PC and try again.

my problem wasnt the firewall, it was a internet connection failure, but it comsumes 10 credits anyway without finishing the process.
