hi team metropc htc desire 530 device unlock supported i am going to order is server down??

You can try to use "MetroPCS USA - All GSM Models (1-2 days)" service to unlock this phone. It is listed under "Samsung" Brand, but should work for all MetroPCS GSM devices.

Hi team order the service and result come saying
"Unlock Sent, wait up to 45 minutes, connect to WI-FI, perform any android system updates, and follow the instructions on the Device Unlock Application. "

but the phone still replaying"this mobile device is not eligible....."
i already try to factory reset and and system update but still same
i have a video proof to send to support..
my order id is=10193059

If "this mobile device is not eligible....." message remains - unlock is not possible. We refunded You spent credits.
