Please write unlockable firmware version ("E153-11.609.18.20.174_unlocked" or "E153-11.609.18.20.222_unlocked") from the Support Area with device boot loaders (with selected "Write boot loaders" option in Software) and then repeat Unlcok operation. Post here full Software log.
