I have Octopus Box but SE Software asks me 13 credits for X10i - GSM-Forum

Hello,

Can you tell me why SE software is asking me 13 credits to unlock X10i ? I have Octopus Box and i have unlocked one time or 2 times X10i for only 10 credits. Thanks.

Have You connected Octopus Box before of running Octopus Box SE software?

Problem solved. I have launched Octopus Box first, then i have closed it and launched SE Software again, checked balance anf after that the software asked me the good price.
