But 1 ray imei repair ok, Unlock ok. Cable firm, doing the same cable and PC with the other phone.

Yes, I've tried 4 computers,Software installed but gives the same error.
I tried another computer, I tried another cable, I have the software installed, but the same error again.

Also your phone may has new BootRom, so not possible to send loader. Please make photo of phone's label under the battery and post it here.

Yes, as I have said, your phone was produced 12W16. Currently it is not possible to connect such phones via TP.
