Please re-flash the phone with the firmware from the support area and try again.

i did 8 times . even i flashed older versions with flashtool also tried Lt15i firmwares for Lt18i phone is working with it but stil same error ,couldnt unlock coulnt repair imei couldnt read full flash.
i did anything i can do . i am done .
is this all about it is 12W16 .
if it is give us a way to walk . i dont know the next step.
should we wait for a new octopus update ?
if it is just say.
i have already lost 13 hours with this and nothing changed.

Most likely, there is problem with phone's flash chip in your phone.

If your phone was produced after 12W14 (12W14, 12W16, or latet) currently no solution for such phones.
