Hello.
What do You mean exactly under "not seen a smart card and unlock command"? Please explain in more details. Accordingly to this software log all actions are OK.

The program does not see the card used 5 credits to the modem is unlocked
Program Executive 5 credits instead of 3

in that he wrote when re-unlock
