hi i have a problem unlocking a sm-j327t1 i unlock it using credits but i still get sim invalid
please help. can i get my credits back are what can we do because i just lost 50 credits and it didnt even unlock the phone

i repeat the precess and finally got it unlock.. so basically it cost me 100 credits to unlock.. thanks

No need credits to repeat the "Unlock" operation, please write us to PM your Username, we will check, whether and why credits were spent.
