Octopus Box card not found [Answered]


Hey Guys ,
*Yesturday i get this error message evrytime i plug my octopus box


i did plug and replug , try to uninstall drivers but still getting the same error message
i tried with update dongle but i get this message everytime
Searching for server...
Server greeting: "Card updates server v.2.2"
Searching installed cards...
Found 0 cards.
Please, check if the cards are inserted and all software that are working with the cards are closed

im using octopus 2.5.6

help me please !

Hello.

Please install the following card driver, restart PC, then check whether You can start the Software. card

Try to use different USB ports of PC motherboard for connection of the box. Also, please post here, or send us in private messages, a screenshot of PC Device manager with connected box and expanded "Smart card readers" section.

Remove smart card and try to update manualy with card reader. And clean the card .plug to box and try it again

Card not found octopus

hello

I have the same problem with OCTOPUS, today I tried to run the program and none of them work. (LG, SAMSUNG, HUAWEI) "The card was not found!" I tried on three different computers. please help

Hello.

Please re-connect Box, run "Updater.exe" from Software installation folder and re-update card, then re-connect Box again and run Software.

To avoid problems with card please always disconnect all boxes and other devices from PC before to use Octoplus Box and Software.

I use huawei updater and samsung card updater
I do as you wrote and all the time a message

Disconnect all devices from PC, re-boot PC, connect Octopus Box and run Software.

when I connect the box to the computer, the au9540 smart card reader is very hot. without a card the chip is also very hot
does not detect the card, card inserted correctly.

Try to put card into another external card reader/dongle or to another Box and try again.

I put the card into another box and managed to update. unfortunately the octopus box is damaged. I run programs on the BB5 box thank you for your help
