Username is not linked to Box SN, You can use it with any Octopus/Octoplus/Medusa Box. We can help you to restore password, but, at least, You should provide us Username and Invoice ID of purchasing Credits. Or contact with your reseller.

Octoplus suite password forgot
 

Reseller imeigurus cannot reset and gsmserver.com can not either. So how do i fix this?
