hi team, i got this e15a that i need to unlock, im having trouble here is log:

Checking smart card...OK
Checking balance...OK

To unlock E15a you need to have 10 credits.
Initializing Android Debug Bridge...OK
Disconnect USB cable and power on the phone. Select menu
"Settings"->"Applications"->"Development"->"Enable USB debugging" and connect

already serched on support any flash but could not find some flash....

Hello.
Please re-flash the phone with any firmware for E15a or E15i from the support area: https://www.boot-loader.com/eng/medusa_free_section and then repeat the operation again.

ok, but i dont see any flash file, just some files that can not flash phone.
