You should do the next steps: 1. Install and run the latest Octoplus Suite Software (Software). 2. Enter your Username and Password at "Support & options" tab in Suite Software. 3. Goto "Remote service" tab. 4. Select "Brand: Samsung", "Service: T-Mobile USA - Official (Mobile Device Unlock App)", "Category: T-Mobile USA - Official (Mobile Device Unlock App)" (this is general T-Mobile service, not only for Samsung). 5. Press "Information" button in Software to read detailed info about selected service. 6. Enter your device IMEI in IMEI field. 7. Press "Send Request" button in Software. You will not get code to unlock your device. In few days (1-3 business days) You should run Suite Software again and check your orders history ("Orders history" button in Software). If your device is ready for unlock, run "Mobile Device Unlock App" app in your phone and press "Permanent Unlock" button. |

Today we have added new service for unlocking devices with T-Mobile Device Unlock App. Please re-start Suite Software, select "T-Mobile USA", "T-Mobile - Unlock APP (Alcatel, LG, HTC, Samsung, Xperia)" and try to proceed the Unlock operation by the procedure as written above. |
