smart card not found


I just buy octoplus box from gsmsp,but it keep showing error message smart card not found
Need help please,I allready try to install new windows and try to install octoplus in other komputer
But it same problem card not found

Product support I need help asap

Which Win OS version do You use? Note, You should use Win x32, not x64. Also, You should install all necessary drivers:

http://medusabox.com/files/drivers/S...up_English.exe.

Have You installed all the necessary drivers?

Install drivers:

http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...BoxDrivers.rar,
http://octoplusbox.com/files/drivers...rs_2.08.24.zip,
http://medusabox.com/files/drivers/M...rs_1.2.5.0.exe,

then reboot the PC, re-connect the Box and run Software again.
