Software think I am running a virtual machine [Answered]

I created a virtual machine earlier today to try to figure out an unrelated computer issue. It didn't fix the problem, so I deleted the VM and all associated files included the VHD.

Now whenever I try to use the Octopus software, it tells me it can't run on a virtual machine. Can anyone tell me what is tripping this and how to fix it?

Windows 10 Virtual machine error fix

Are you running windows 10?
Are you using Windows Security?

If you are you may find this fixes your problem.

1 open settings
2 open update and security
3 open windows security
4 open device security
5 you will see core isolation. click on core isolation details
6 you will see memory integrity. Switch it to off.

This should solve your problem if you had it activated. you should now be able to run your octoplus programs without that virtual error.

Don't forget to click thanks or like button if this helped you.
