Sony Ericsson X10i Unlock queston [Solved]

Today I am trying to unlock a xperia x10i a phone quite old I thought that everything was going to turn out well as usual but I have the problem of updating the smartcard and I can not connect to the server
when I press the button check balance I have only as an answer

Coud not connect to the server!

I have never had problems with the octupus suite and since installing version 1.4.6.1 I have this problem and I need to unlock the device urgently
because my client needs it and I thought it would be easy I appreciate all the help you can give me
