hi friend, flash it with firmware from medusa free section, and try again...

Hello.
Yes, please write firmware from the support area (https://www.boot-loader.com/eng/medusa_free_section) and then make Unlock again.

have downloaded the file but cant flash.when i try flash hold back key it powers on.the back key is ok when use in phone.is there any other key i can press to flash.i need to unlock this phone but get the above error.thanks

What is the problem with connection exactly? Please explaine in more details.

i want to flash the phone with file i downloaded frm medusa becoz gives error when try unlock.when i load firmware and hold back key,nothing happen and the phone powers on.its like usb does not communicate with the software
