sir i just uploaded this phone for unlock but we rejected why

Unfortunately, remote service didn't mention the reason, why your request was rejected. Possible reason - entered incorrect IMEI or it was changed on your device. Please check IMEI and try to repeat request again.

I have also status Rejected on Vodafone Smart Prime 7, imei is correct, phone is brand new.
