Hello.
Please fully charge phone's battery, put the phone into Download mode and re-flash it with the firmware from the support area. If the problem will be the same, please contact us, we will look where is the problem with your phone.

Very strange, if your E15a doesn't connect even via Jtag, it can be HW problem.
