I have sim emu 6.01s sim card, and i blocked my pin1 and puk1 code by mistake... is there any way to format this card? how do i recover my card and make it useful?

First, try to save the external EEPROM using the SIM-EMU Configurator v2.1.
Next, if you has saved the flash when programming the card, write it again using ICprog.
