I think this is not necessary, but if you want to modify it, you must read the external EEPROM with the Phoenix, change the following positions and write the EEPROM again.

For SIM-EMU 5.00 and 5.00s, the ICCID begins at position 0388h and finishes at 0391h (10 Bytes).

Also, you can modify it with WinExplorer or Cardinal introducing the following commands:

Example for WinExplorer

A0 A4 00 00 02 r01 3F 00 r02
A0 A4 00 00 02 r01 2F E2 r02
A0 D6 00 00 0A r01 aa bb cc dd ee ff gg hh ii jj r02

where aa bb cc dd ee ff gg hh ii jj is the new ICC ID.

Regards

It could be a great idea though, to implement in some future release of sim emu the possibility to enter the ICCID (together with Ki and IMSi) for each number available.

simemu : i dont understand how to write new ICCID. i read eprom with icprog, but in icprog there is no 0388H sentence.
cardinals old version only shows ICCID, could not find how to rewrite too...

and also, with wincommander, how will i read external eprom or file? must i run any script, if yes, which script?

please help me

The 0388 is not a sentence, it is an address you will find in the left.

The default value I put is is 98 83 11 11 ...

I don't know the Wincommander, I recommend the WinExplorer.
