Hi AlQuds

The IMSI file 7F20:6F07 are protected with a special PIN of administration.

The Ki are in ROM in the Card.

Regards,
Sir Graham.

Thanks SirGraham for your reply

I hoped that we could change it, because different sim cards have different functions as restricted numbers.

" The IMSI file 7F20:6F07 are protected with a special PIN of administration."

Could this file be read easily. Programs like simscan and Cardinal reads it.

What about restricted numbers. Should these numbers havetheir own memmory area?

I want to ask, could we activate this restricted numbers function on a card which it is disabled by defualt.

This menu has the number 6-3-3 (nokia 3310) and is diabled in this phone.

But I think the restricted menu function was inabled on nokia 3510i. I dont have this phone.

The operator said to me, that this function is not supported.
The operator told me too that we can not disable PIN requesting on our SIM card. If we try Ena/disable this function, the phone says NOT ALLOWED!

But using Cardinal, I disabled pin requesting!

Hi AlQuds,

I refer to WRITE not to READ. TO Read only need the PIN1 (if this are avaible)
If you try with XSim you can see the privileges to READ, to UPDATE (write), ect....

And the IMSI 7F20:6F07 normaly have prigileges to write with PIN >2 (administrative PIN).

I donīt know about the "restricted numbers", but I think they are disable by PIN2....

Regards,
Sir Graham.
