I have this Sim Card Reader and... my question is, can i use this for cloning sim?

no i cant, but jitu432 wants 35 $, for the software but i dont know if that is true or fake
somebody knows how to do? with this sim card reader?
Its necesary pay for this software?

1.Install drivers http://multi-sim.ru/soft/1.zip
2.Download Woron 1.09 Ñîôò è èíñòðóêöèè ê ìóëüòèñèì - ËÈÄÅÐÛ ðûíêà ÌóëüòèÑÈÌ 2010 - ìóëüòèñèì-êàðòû MagicSim 25th, àäàïòåðû 27th MagicSim 8 â 1 ñî âñòðîåííîé ìóëüòèñèì è ðóññêèì ìåíþ, usb-ðèäåðû è ñèì-êàðòû äëÿ àêòèâàöèè iPhone - îïòîì è â ðîçíèöó!
3.Launch it
4.Insert the reader, configure Woron(speed, COMs etc)
5.press Ki
6.???
7.PROFIT!
