From what I have read you can do the old ones (v1), but not the new ones (v2).

Hi, I have some unactivated v1 AT&T SIM cards which is clonable.
I offer 2 types of services:
1. multiple numbers in one SIM, which enable you to use multiple number in the same phone, no need to change SIMs around.
2. multiple phones use the same mobile number. If you have more then 2 phone and don't want to change the SIM card everytime you want to use any of them. This will be great for you. You can also make calls or text with someone which the other one is surfing the internet.

Price for 1: depends on how many AT&T numbers in one SIM you want. Each AT&T number is $60 plus $10 for a SuperSim (media)
for 2: one AT&T SIM $60 plus how many SuperSims you want, each SuperSim for $10.

My email is zhide.peng@ovi.com and I am a eBay Top-rated seller. Contact me now.
