Thanks sujithsidhardhan for the nice guide but i think that not all of us have sim card reader and wafer card programmer that's why i was thinking on someting else: a software that would run on windows mobile (because WM programs are the easiest to make) and use the phone sim card holder to read/write the sim. Can this be made?
