I have programer for PIC16F84 that work with IC-PROG. Can I program external eeprom in the card with this programer (after pic is programed with special file) or I need to use other programer for eeprom?

Yes. You can use IC-Prog to program eeprom,but you must program your 16F84 with loader which support multimac protocal before program eeprom.

You need smartmouse to program eeprom.
