Getting Ki & IMSI from Silver Card with Sim-Emu 5.0 - GSM-Forum

I have a silver card with sim-emu 5.0, emulating 3 sims. Recently I accidently blocked pin2 by entering a wrong code 3 times. So now it asks for the PUK2. When I enter PUK2, it asks for the new PIN2, and again for the new PIN2. when I enter PIN2 for the second time, it says wrong code, and asks for the PUK2. So I enter puk2 again and the pin2 two times, but the result is a "wrong code" message again.
The problem is, that I don't have the IMSI-s and Ki-s of the 3 sims, and I have lost one of the original cards, aswell. So my question is:
1) is there a solution to my problem, without the need to erase the silver card?
2) is there a way to extract the ki-s and imsi-s from the silver card, so that I can flash it again?

try: 1234 , 0000 , 2222 , for pin1 and 2
try: 12345678 , 22222222 for puk 1 and 2
