How can I unlock the pic 16f84a of my wafercard for rewrite on it?
(NT PicProg already tryed...nothing!)

16f84a only need to erase it and after write

but if you need read from it is impossible ( security bit active olways if protected)

I'm very stupid! I bought a new goldcard since you said: "16f84a only need to erase it and after write"....so i wrote my BRAND NEW GOLDCARD for THE FIRST TIME wit code protect ON....then I tried to REWRITE but...GUESS WHAT??? no way to write a second time on it!!!

So again the question: How can I unlock the pic 16f84a of my (NEW USED JUST ONCE!!!) wafercard for rewrite on it?

Listen Poldone,

codeprotect means no access to READ the content of the Chip (it protects the software from ilegal extraction).
You can ALWAYS erase this Chip as Chawkiz_gsm said. If you, poldone, can't do that, than you might have insufficient power on your programmer device (maybe no external powersupply, Serialport emulation on USB port) maybe wrong timing settings on your hardware and lack of knowledge to configure your device and computer properly.

Also, about converting hex to bin or whatever you meant, this is NOT NECESSARY. The output of TWINSIM gives you exactly the files you need to programm the chip. So please, don't write Threads with a header like your previous post.

Another wrong choice you made is buying a 16f84A. This software was meant to run on a 16F84 (the immediate version after 16C84) not the 16F84A version.
