Hello there;

I have some C++, .NET and Java knowledge and I would like to create a SIM ATK menu on a SIM card, that send a SMS to a constant number. But i couldn't find any hardware or software to do it yet.
.
My aim is, the user selects the SIM Menu, and a selection appears on display about sending a SMS. when the user confirms, phone automaticaly sends a SMS to a certain number.

Is it possible to edit / create the SIM ATK menu? what should I need to do that?...
.
