Help with Silver Card Programming - GSM-Forum

I Programm one Silver Card using the 2 files of Sim Emu4.1 using the Cardwriter 1.87 soft but when i put the sim in the phone, the phone show me 'insert sim card'.....
What can i do?
P.S.
I try some different phones!!!

Leave the eeprom as it is and reprogramme the Pic using ICProg 1.04a.
