PUK code reading never possible??????? - GSM-Forum

Hi

is that true ? there is no puk code reading software/tool?

I searched every forum , but there is no soloution for puk code reading.

any one is here in this forum who is using any software for PUK code reading.

plz share.

That is true!

PUK can't be read since it is a function(like gsmalgo and pin) and not a plain information file on the card. puk has (normaly) a 10times limit counter.

The limit counter resets everytime you enter correct puk.

Maybe some day when somebody find out how to make exact full copy of the sim card, load copy into memory and then try to find out PUK code with brute force.
If it fails, then load same copy into virtual memory and then again.

It is just an idea.

That stuff ain't working. And last link is reported to read either imsi or puk from cloned cards only. If you don't have access to equipment like a microscope that is able to read the small shiftings inside the processor you can't read it.
