How to see or reset PIN1,PIN2 etc.? What software can make it?

You cannot do that, on original SIM card.

Can I change it without previous PIN1 to some 0000 or 1111 ?

Because....
...you can flash mobile phone and reset phone code, but you cannot flash SIM card and reset PIN code.
