I have a SIM card that is blocked. How can help me SIM EMU to unblock my card, is there any solution. Or what can i do with SIM EMU, no one here is help the others. Thank's.

if you entered PUK wrongly 10 times, then you are gone... if phone is asking for PUK, then there's a possibility for retrieving you PUk because in cloning process, you get PUK and IMSI i think.

If your SIM card blocked by the operator, I don't think you can un-block it. Because the SIM will be rejected by switch when regisetering process.

No my card isn't blocked by operator, i have entered the PIN three times wrong. I want to know how to unblock it without money, and because i have a cellular repair shop and i have requests from the clients that have their cards blocked and wants to unblock them. Thank's

so far i know u can unlock if u have puk code.if u have lost our puk code u can contact your operator to receive back your puk code. tipu

So contact your network operator and you`ll get the puk code!

there is pin2 and puk2 if you lost your pin or puk contact your operator its the safer way

Other provider have 2 set of PUK. PUK1 and PUK2. First time you locked your sim you used PUK1 and second time around used PUK2. However, if you enter wrong PUK1 there is no way you can ever used the PUK2. Because your sim is already block in PUK1 if you enter wrong numbers. Try to inquire your provider if they can unlock your sim. Other provider don't bother to unlock sim.
