IMSI on Sim H3G Italy - GSM-Forum

Has anyone tried to read IMSI or KI from sim of H3G Italy or Sim of UMTS?

I tried to read this sim and i can't read not even the IMSI and this is strange for me. I can read ICC ID, the provider, TMSI, KC and other parameters but not IMSI and KI.

I can understand for Ki but for IMSI it is really strange.

According to the following post it was not possible to get the IMSI from this network, but there are other backdoors (friends working at that network company) as you can read here:
