hi i read once about a device that can scan for imsi and other information then programm another sim so it can be like the original. I am willing to pay to have this done on a large scale.

Hi,

Read the IMSI is easy. XSim (our application to read SIM) can be in any version of the SIM.

... But I suppossed you need cloned the SIM. You must ASK for a application can be read the Ki (Key Identification) in any SIM with (COMP128 V1, V2, V3). This is the problem to cloned SIM.

For the moment... the applications (All of them) ONLY read SIM with COMP128 V1.
