Is My Simcard Dead?

I think my card is dead, I bought a Supersim 16 in 1, read the directions for 2 weeks, & asked a few questions on this forum,
most questions were never answered & I got tired of waiting, so I attempted to get the Keys from my card, which I assumed was a V.1 card, cause it did extract 4 keys before the card locked up.
I was using the software that came with Supersim, I tried using Simeasy but kept getting an error message.
I'm in the US & have T-mobile service, my question is: can this card be repaired somehow, or is it trash?
By the way, I read about the scan limit on these cards, but never seen a setting for the limit within the software.

Well, you had a V1 card with the limited read attemps restriction. Remember reading this part?

=That is not quite easy any more since most of the Original Sim cards are made "Copy Proof". This means that you are not able to read the necessary information out of them to use for your clone card. This procedure requires experiments with your Original Sim Card which might end into a destroyed Original Sim-Card. You will have to run a Software that will "brute force" the information out of your card, but the totally allowed read attempts are limited and will end up into a destroyed Card. Imagine the Hangman game with a Veeeery long word to guess

I was reading through all your 'asking posts' and the only question you had not got answered was if your Supersim reader device is compatible with Woron_Scan. I don't know this specific device, never had it and there are about 500 different devices out there on the market. I have replied to similar questions... if they are phoenix compatible, they will work.

Your card is most probably ( 99 % ) destroyed. You have run into the Limitation of after Year 2002 cards. This was a temporary solution to overcome the weakness of the Comp128/V1 cards before the Comp128/V2 cards appeared. You can have your card replaced by your phone company. (Tell them it got stolen or whatever) The Ki will be totally new ... so, don't attempt to extract the remaining 4 pairs on that new card.

Thanks Chain, I got my card replaced, at a cost of $20, I guess I'll be re-selling the 16-1 back on E-bay, & retiring from this hobby.
I'm a little depressed about messing up my card, but I guess life goes on
