1) go to the Hardware manager (right click on "My Computer" on the desktop and choose "manage")
2) Computer Management (Local), System Tools, [+] Device Manager
3) Click on "Unknown USB device" right click on it, and "update driver".
4) Now point at the folder where the new driver is.

Next time you have a new USB device, first install the drivers and THEN plug the USB device into a slot.

Regards

problem details

Hi All,

let me explain my problem detail, when i connect my supersim to pc, it shown unknow usb drive. so i unplug and and connect again and again , sometimes it found as prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port(com5) in device manager with error, and said u need to restart ur computer. after i restart my computer, there had no prolific USB-to-Serial Comm Port(COM5) in device manager and only unknown usb drive was left. so i think i don't have correct driver for my supersim.
i try also from add new hardware, and go to have disk and choose driver location manually, but there have no driver listed. pls help

regards,

Myo Min Oo.

All drivers must be on the CD that you received with the simcard: http://www.nowgsm.com/images/supersim/cd.jpg

I have been trying to find an online source for the drivers, but I couldn't find anything.

Maybe somebody who is reading this right now and has this device at home can attach a driver to this thread.

Otherwise I have no idea how to help. Sorry
