need help with a sim card

because i swapped my sim so many times the numbers on the back of the sim are worn away I have a T-mobile sim and I want to move my service over to an older sim which can be cloned (current one can't be) but they need the numbers on the back..

My question is can I somehow use a program to find that number or is it not possible?
