i was trying to use ic prog to translate the 5.0 or 4.10 to arabic but i can not fund ic prog with arabic support.
wher can i faind ic prog or any software with arabic support?

You don't need the arabic version of ICProg to translate the SIM-EMU. You must only translate the literals that appear in the flash file, respecting the previous 34 value that precedes each letter or number.

Try to find out each one of hex codes of the arabic letters.

Look at the arabic ANSI codes in a table.

I suppose that:

Phone#/SMS =

corresponds to:
Phone#/SMS = C7E1CED8C7E1D1D3C7C6E

without leading zeros, but the last byte has missing an hex digit.
