puk and pin unblock

was messing with the sim ofcource and i locked myself out so i called my service provider fo rth epuck and pins but it was too late i had already exceeded the 10 puk and 5 pin retry. however pin 2 and puk2 are still untouched. would it be possible to revive the sim unlocking it with those pin2/puk 2? and if so what program can be used to do this?

sorry, your card is permanently locked.
PUK2 unblocks ONLY pin2, but not PIN1 or PUK1.

There is no program that can extract the PUK'sh

when a PUK is blocked, you usually have to buy a new card (replacement)

When PUK is blocked, the provider can use the ADM (admin) codes of the sim card to change puk codes. Of course your service provider knows all the codes for your card. But if you have this type of problem: namely you have blocked your puk codes, your provider won't use the admin codes of the card just for the sake of you.
But in some cases, when the police is looking for a stolen or lost card, the police may bring the provider to use the admin codes to get some important information from card, which can help them.

No, the PUKs are randomly created, there is no "K.e.y.g.e.n.e.r.a.t.o.r" for those. No cardprovider would risk to make such a mistake

ADN is usually protected by CHV1 (PIN1). So I don't think that you could solve your problem with the code PUK2. PUK2 unblocks those elementary files which are protected by PIN2. So PUK2 belongs to PIN2, and PUK1 belongs to PIN1.

If you've already blocked your card with PUK1, you won't be able to get your phone numbers back. I'm sure.

Just in very very special cases.
