Sending SMS with fixed dialling switched on (SIM-EMU) - GSM-Forum

Hi,

I have SIM-EMU working great on my phone and the fixed dial works nicely. It will let me dial the numbers on the fixed dial list no problem. However, it will not let me send SMS to any numbers at all while fixed dialling is on, even numbers in the fixed dial list.

I had originally thought that was a standard feature of GSM sims but my original UK Orange sim has the fixed dial feature and lets the phone send SMS to numbers on the fixed dial list.

Is it possible to add this feature to a new update of SIM-EMU?

I realise SIMEMU is on holiday so might not get a response for a while

I'm using Nokia6210 with SimEmu6.00 (for Silver), Fixed dialing ON, and I can send SMS to all numbers, even to numbers not in FDN directory (i don't like that)!
