Hi,
I have several GSM SIM card that I dont use but all working, Is it possible to reprogram it for example reprogram it for Motorola Test card?

well yes,,

if you can get your provider to give you PIN4.

but I think PIN4 is stored at the manufacturer rather than the provider for security issues.

so the possibility is probably locked in a safe at Gemplus or Schlumberger...
