Sim card hacking - GSM-Forum

hello guys.. can anyone answer my question please. i have a old simcard i was using it for about 7 to 8 years. and i have a computer geek friend. that f--ks my sim. i know that sim cloning is possible. but the only way he can clone my sim as far as i know was if he takes my phone and copy my sim. but that thing never happens. the thing was he can send and recieve sms using my no. he can also make voice call and recieve call. and the funny part was i am recieving an sms and the sender is my own number. after a few week my sim card doesn't work anymore. so i change my no. but the thing was i am still recieving sms with my old no. sending the message to my new no. so i talk to my friend and im a bit angry.. but he just laugh and say sorry. the goodthing was he gave me a new simcard but with my old no. he clone it but there is no way he ever touches my phone. so the question is how does he do it?

and i forgot to mention that the new simcard that i was using he also f--ks it. without touching my sim.
