SIM card with more space Hi! This is my first post in the forum and I have to say that a complete newbie about sim programing, cloning, ... If what I'm going to ask is too basic, please give me a link or post here a start guide or "Sim cloning for newbies" to help me understanding the basics :P Here goes the question: My sim card has space for 250 contacts, but I have much more than that in my cellphone. I wanted a SIM card that allowed, at least, 500 contacts. I've already read that it must be a 64K card to hold that number of contacts, right? The questions are, where can I get a card that supports 500 contacts (or more), and what do I need to transfer the information of my SIM card (number and/or operator data maybe) to that card. Thanks for those who read this. Best regards Joćo Norim PS: I didn't know if this was the correct section to post the thread... if not, please move this to the correct place. Thanks

Thanks for the answer. Where can I get those items? I have here a simple sim card reader that I don't know if it can be used to do that... http://www.ngshopping.com/pictures/p...er_8534202.JPG It's like this one. I bought it for being a smart card reader, but it seems it can also read SIM cards. Regards

Hi, You can“t have a SIM card with more of 250/255 contacts. Although SIM is to 20TB. This is not a problem of space in the SIM. The problem is the index to access to this contacts is a 1 BYTE of size (protocol GSM 11.11). ![]() The only possibility is that different blocks had 250 contacts. But that would have to implement an STK menu and select the desired new block. Regards, Sir Graham. w w w . e n d o r a s o f t . c o m
