SIM cloning - any modern software ?

ive been reading and searching for software that can clone a sim card, but can't find anything but some jurassic stuff that uses COM ports.

before you say "get a sim card reader", i already have one. reader / writer.
as we don't live in 80s anymore, no one uses COM ports, so its USB multicard reader / writer.
I can access my sim card's phonebook and sms, but thats about all default software can do.

so where can i get a software that can make exact copy of my sim card ?
i mean byte by byte copy. i don't want to crack the card ..etc. i just want 100% ******* of it. just like HDD cloning can be done using norton ghost or similar tools. that it does not matter what you have on it or if its encrypted ..etc, it makes 100% ******* of it, byte by byte.
thats what i need.

in other words, something that can make image of my SIM, then i can just put that image on any empty SIM or overwrite another SIM.
