right now not possible to clone 4g sim only older simcard 2g

To clone a SIM Card you need assencialy the KI and the IMSI , If you have a greencard with SIMEMU you could configurate the new Card using the phone keypad.

All we know the card 128 V1 could be cloned using for example the software Simscan from Dejan Kaljevik. I read (i dont know here) the algo 128 v2 (probably V3) could be cloned. Is necessary a specific programmer , the e planation is the oscilator change the frequency when “extract” the info needed , probably serching in Google is possible to find more info.
