To avoid problems, Win XP users have to set Win98 compatibility mode!

I am using SmartMouse/Phoenix device. Can I set the speed to 6MHz or I need to scan only at 3.5MHz?

No. The program have a menu to select the speed configuration...
(like MSDOS version)

For Dejan:

All application in ASM? ... in Windows? Ufffff...... You are very hard....

Is there any posibility you explain me your reduction method?
